Back in 2011, aged 25, I set up my own businesses servicing the best five star hotels in London for which I won several awards. My business 'Hotel Nanny' includes clients such as Soho House Group, Nobu Hotels, The Bulgari, Four Seasons, The London Edition and most luxury hotel chains of London.

As I have spent the last 15 years working as an entrepreneur running my own company, I come with a wealth of managerial experience and a strong set of skills. While English is my native language, I come from a multicultural background and I also speak fluent Portuguese, advanced Italian, French, and some basic Dutch. I am a gifted storyteller, with the ability to concept creative ideas with brand objectives and target consumer in mind.

I can clearly articulate ideas through compelling copy and easily pen the personality of a brand for different digital channels. With experience of building my own company from scratch, freelance projects, and my time spent in an agency servicing some of the biggest brands in the world - I bring fresh ideas built on solid strategic foundation. I have been fortunate enough to have worked within a variety of different roles, dealing with a variety of stakeholders, which makes me a great communicator today. I use thoughtful strategy and business acumen to create and convey opportunity for campaigns and brands. I also have sound technical knowledge of websites - both back end and front end, CRM systems, and the extended digital landscape.

I am deeply passionate about inclusivity and want to create meaningful work which truly reaches and represents everybody. I like to work across branding and journalism so I can achieve this goal.

Before university, I attended art college and specialised in Photography - I still love taking photos today. Outside of my writing and photography work, I teach yoga - I practice most days but I am still as stiff as a plank. I also train weekly in Brasilian Samba and performed at the Olympic Closing Ceremony in London in 2012. Most recently, I am training a new style of Samba - Gafeira - and I am also studying Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture part time.
